2. What data we process and why
a) Visiting this website
When you visit this website, your hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser). This data is technically necessary for the operation of the website and is not used to identify individuals (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics and no social media pixels.
b) Tour bookings via Cal.com
Tour bookings and requests are processed via Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., San Francisco, USA, and cal.eu as the European instance). When you complete a booking form, your name and email address are transmitted to and stored by Cal.com.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Cal.com processes data on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Cal.com's privacy policy is available at: cal.com/privacy.
The data transmitted (name, email, selected date) is used exclusively to process your booking or tour request and is not shared with third parties.
c) Map (Google My Maps)
The map on this website is provided by Google My Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map loads, a connection is established with Google's servers, transmitting your IP address to Google. Google may set cookies and collect usage data.
The map only loads after you give your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, the map remains disabled and no data is transmitted to Google.

d) Email contact
If you contact us by email, your name, email address and the content of your message will be stored for the purpose of responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Sharing of data
Personal data is not shared with third parties unless explicitly described above or required by law. Cal.com acts as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Retention periods
Booking data (name, email, date) will be deleted after the tour has taken place and any applicable statutory retention periods have expired (10 years under § 147 AO where relevant). Cal.com data is processed in accordance with Cal.com's own policies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
